The TPL5031 series is a family of linear regulators featuring 300 mA output current, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, low dropout, and high output accuracy. The series supports a fixed output voltage range of 0.75V to 3.6V via an external resistor divider, as well as an adjustable output voltage range of 0.75V to 5V. The TPL5031 remains stable with ceramic output capacitors of 4.7 μF or greater. The series offers a high PSRR of up to 70 dB at 1 kHz, making it well suited for applications sensitive to power supply ripple with high upstream noise — such as high-performance analog devices or high-resolution imaging equipment. Output short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection circuits enhance device reliability under heavy load conditions. The TPL5031 series is available in SOT23-5 and DFN1×1-4 packages, with a guaranteed operating junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
