TPL51206-DFFR

As main processors in PCs and servers continue to evolve, motherboards face growing demand for DDR memory with increasingly lower input voltage requirements and tighter space constraints. The TPL51206 series is a 2A sink/source DDR termination regulator designed for space-constrained DDR applications. These devices achieve fast load transient response with a minimum output capacitance of only 10μF. The TPL51206 series supports remote sense and meets all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination. In addition, the series provides S3 and S5 control pins for managing power states in DDR applications — placing the output in a high-impedance state during S3 (Suspend-to-RAM) and discharging both the output and reference output during S4 or S5 (Suspend-to-Disk). The TPL51206 series is available in a thermally efficient DFN2×2-10 package with an exposed thermal pad, supporting an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
