Overview
TPL6305 is a 3A high-current, 1.4V low-input-voltage LDO regulator with a maximum ultra-low dropout voltage of only 300mV at full load. TPL6305 supports output voltage adjustment via an external resistor divider, with a range from 0.5V to 5.2V. The low input voltage and ultra-low dropout make TPL6305 an ideal power supply for applications requiring output voltage very close to input voltage. TPL6305 integrates an enable control function for ultra-low standby power consumption. It also provides output soft-start control and excellent transient response. TPL6305 is available in a thermally enhanced 8-pin ESOP package, guaranteed for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
