Overview

TPL710 is a family of CMOS-based low quiescent current LDO regulators with enable control. The series supports output currents up to 200 mA with a typical quiescent current of only 1.4 µA. The TPL710 family remains stable with small ceramic output capacitors having low ESR in the range of 2.2 μF to 10 μF. The series features fast transient response during dynamic load current steps or rises, making it particularly suitable for dynamic load current variations under heavy-load conditions. The TPL710 family incorporates current limiting and thermal protection to enhance reliability. The series offers a fixed output voltage range of 1 V to 3.6 V, with ±1% output voltage accuracy, line regulation, and load regulation at room temperature. The TPL710 family is guaranteed over an operating junction temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and is available in SOT23-3, SOT23-5, and DFN1x1-4 packages.
