Overview
The TPL720 series is a family of CMOS-based low quiescent current LDO regulators with enable control. The series supports a maximum output current of 400mA with a typical quiescent current of only 1.4µA. The TPL720 series maintains stability with low-ESR small ceramic output capacitors ranging from 2.2µF to 10µF. The series features fast transient response during dynamic load current rise and fall, making it particularly suitable for applications with dynamic load current variations. The TPL720 series incorporates current limiting and thermal protection, ensuring high reliability. The series offers fixed output voltages from 1V to 3.3V, with ±1% output voltage accuracy, line regulation, and load regulation at room temperature. The TPL720 series is guaranteed to operate over a junction temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. The series is available in SOT23-3, SOT23-5, and SOT89-3 packages.
