TPL810 is a series of high-performance, low-dropout linear regulators. The TPL810 series supports input voltages up to 24V and output currents up to 180mA, featuring low quiescent current and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The TPL810 series operates stably with output capacitors ranging from 2.2μF to 22μF; a 4.7μF ceramic capacitor is recommended. The TPL810 series achieves a PSRR of up to 73dB at 100Hz. This characteristic makes the TPL810 series well-suited for applications with high pre-stage power supply noise and power-sensitive requirements. An ultra-low quiescent current of 2μA makes the TPL810 series an ideal choice for battery-powered portable devices. Current limiting and thermal overload protection circuits enhance reliability under heavy load conditions. The TPL810 series offers fixed output voltage options from 3V to 5V, as well as adjustable output voltages from 1.2V to 15V, with a voltage accuracy of ±2% under operating conditions. The TPL810 series is guaranteed to perform over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
