Overview

TPL9308 is a 3A high-current, 4μV<sub>RMS</sub> low-noise, high PSRR, high-accuracy LDO regulator with a maximum dropout voltage of 300mV at 3A load. The device supports fixed output voltages from 0.8V to 3.95V, as well as adjustable output voltages from 0.8V to 5.2V via an external resistor divider. Its ultra-low noise, high PSRR, and high output current capability make it an ideal power solution for noise-sensitive applications such as high-speed communications infrastructure, test and measurement equipment, and high-definition imaging devices. Precise output voltage tolerance, output voltage remote sensing, excellent transient response, and adjustable soft-start control make the TPL9308 an optimal power supply choice for high-performance processors and digital loads such as ASICs, FPGAs, CPLDs, and DSPs. The TPL9308 is available in a 20-pin QFN 3.5×3.5 package and is guaranteed to operate over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
