Overview
The TPRT9161 series is a high-precision, low-power, low-dropout 3-terminal CMOS step-down voltage regulator. Maximum input voltage up to 18V with 300mA output current. The TPRT9161 series features very low quiescent current (0.8μA Typ.), with built-in control functions, current limiting circuit, foldback short-circuit protection, and enable-controlled automatic output capacitor discharge.
