Integrated single load switch. 4-pin wafer-level chip-scale package (nominal dimensions) 0.9mm×0.9mm, 0.5mm pitch, 0.5mm height (YZV). Input voltage range: 1.4V to 5.5V. Low on-resistance. 2A maximum continuous switch current. Low-threshold control input, controlled slew rate, undervoltage lockout, full-time reverse current protection, fast output discharge transistor (TPS22913B/C devices).
