Overview

The TPS22966-Q1 is a small, ultra-low R_ON dual-channel load switch with adjustable rise time. The device contains two N-channel MOSFETs operating over a 0V to 5.5V input voltage range, supporting up to 4A continuous current per channel. Each switch is independently controlled by an on/off input (ON1 and ON2) that interfaces directly with low-voltage control signals. The TPS22966-Q1 incorporates a 230Ω on-chip resistor for fast output discharge when the switch is turned off. The TPS22966-Q1 is available in a space-saving 2mm×3mm 14-SON small package (DPU) with an integrated thermal pad for enhanced power dissipation. The device is rated for operation from -40°C to 105°C in a natural convection environment.
