TPS3852 is a high-precision voltage monitor with an integrated window watchdog timer. It includes a high-precision undervoltage detector with 0.8% undervoltage threshold (V_ITN) accuracy over the rated temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). It also features high-precision hysteresis, making it ideal for tight-tolerance systems. The monitor RESET delay incorporates a high-precision delay timer with 15% accuracy. A programmable window watchdog timer makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. A dedicated watchdog output (¬WDO) helps improve resolution to determine the root cause of fault conditions. The watchdog timeout can be programmed via an external capacitor or set using factory-programmed default delay settings. During development, the watchdog can be disabled to prevent unnecessary watchdog timeouts. Available in a compact 3.00mm×3.00mm, 8-pin ultra-thin small outline no-lead (VSON) package.
