Overview
The TPS4H000-Q1 series are fully protected four-channel smart high-side switches with integrated 1000mΩ NMOS power FETs. The devices feature comprehensive diagnostic functions and high-accuracy current sensing for intelligent load control. The current limit threshold is externally adjustable to limit inrush or overload current, enhancing overall system reliability.

- Qualified for automotive applications with the following AEC-Q100 characteristics:
- Device temperature grade 1: ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C

- Version A: open-drain status output
