Overview
The TPS763XX series is a family of low-dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 2.0V to 20V, low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and compact packaging, with an output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.0V. The TPS763XX series offers a quiescent current as low as 2.0μA and includes a CE enable control pin that allows the circuit to enter a sleep state. It is especially suited for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extend standby time and battery life.
