Overview
This series of supervisory circuits monitors power supply voltage levels and provides power-on reset signals. An external manual reset input can trigger a reset signal. Additionally, a power-fail detector with a 1.25V threshold is included for monitoring additional supplies. The reset period is fixed at 200ms (typical). The device is available in an 8-pin SOP package with a typical current consumption of only 4μA, making it suitable for low-power and portable applications.
