Overview
TPV8308 is a family of supervisory circuits that monitor voltage rails from 0.405 V to 5 V. When the sense pin voltage falls below a fixed threshold or the manual reset pin MR is driven logic low, an active-low/active-high open-drain or push-pull RESET/RESET output is asserted. After the sense voltage rises back above the fixed threshold with hysteresis and the manual reset MR returns to logic high, the RESET/RESET output remains low/high for a user-adjustable delay period set by an external capacitor. The TPV8308 offers threshold voltage accuracy of 1%. The delay time can be set from 1.25 ms to 10 s via an external capacitor connected to the CT pin. The TPV8308 family features an ultra-low typical quiescent current of only 600 nA. The TPV8308 is available in SOT23 and DFN2x2 packages with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
