The TS3A5223 is a high-speed dual-channel analog switch with break-before-make and bidirectional signal switching capabilities. It can be used as a dual 2:1 multiplexer or a 1:2 dual demultiplexer. It offers extremely low on-resistance, low THD and channel-to-channel crosstalk, and high off-state isolation. These features make the TS3A5223 well-suited for audio signal transmission and switching applications. The control logic supports 1V - 3.6V CMOS logic levels. This logic interface enables direct interfacing with various CPUs and microcontrollers without increasing supply current (I_CC), thereby reducing power consumption. The TS3A5223 is a bidirectional, 2-channel, single-pole double-throw (2:1 SPDT) analog switch designed to operate at 1.65 V to 3.6 V. This switch solution is housed in a compact 1.4 mm x 1.8 mm QFN package while maintaining excellent signal integrity, making the TS3A5223 suitable for a wide range of applications including consumer electronics, portable instrumentation, and test and home electronics. The device maintains signal integrity through its low on-resistance, excellent on-resistance matching, and total harmonic distortion (THD) performance. To prevent signal distortion when switching from one channel to another, the TS3A5223 also features a specified break-before-make function.
