TS3DS10224RUKR

The TS3DS10224 is a bidirectional differential crosspoint, 1:4 or 1:2 multiplexer and demultiplexer, or fan-out switch for high-speed differential signal applications up to 720Mbps. The TS3DS10224 logic table allows routing of any input to any output, enabling a variety of switching or multiplexing configurations. Common configurations include: differential crosspoint switch, differential 1:4 multiplexer, or differential dual-channel 1:2 multiplexer and demultiplexer. The TS3DS10224 provides 1.2GHz high bandwidth with a channel RON of 13Ω (typical). The TS3DS10224 can also be used to synchronously fan out differential signal pairs to two ports (fan-out configuration). In this configuration, bandwidth performance is reduced. The TS3DS10224 requires a supply voltage of 3V to 3.6V. The device features ESD protection on its I/O pins of up to ±8kV contact discharge and 2kV Human Body Model. When the supply (VCC) is absent, the TS3DS10224 employs high-impedance isolation on I/O pins to provide failsafe protection.
