Overview

The TS3DV642 is a 12-channel 1:2 or 2:1 bidirectional multiplexer/demultiplexer. It can be powered by a supply voltage of 2.6V to 4.5V, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device features low on-resistance (RON) and small I/O capacitance, enabling a typical bandwidth of up to 7.5GHz. It provides the high bandwidth required for HDMI and DisplayPort applications. The TS3DV642 features a power-down mode in which all channels are high-impedance (Hi-Z) with ultralow power consumption.
