TS3USB3000RSER-HXY

TS3USB3000RSER is a high-speed bidirectional passive switch supporting USB 3.1 Gen 1 and Gen 2 data rates for USB Type-C™ applications, configurable as a multiplexer or demultiplexer. Based on the state of control pin SEL, the device switches differential channels between port L0 or L1 and port C0. It is a general-purpose analog differential passive switch suitable for any high-speed interface application requiring a common-mode voltage range of 0 to 2V and differential signal amplitudes up to 1800mVₚ₋ₚ. The device employs adaptive tracking technology to ensure consistent channel characteristics across the entire common-mode voltage range. Its excellent dynamic performance enables high-speed switching with minimal eye diagram degradation and very low introduced jitter. Operating power consumption is below 2mW, with a shutdown mode accessible via the _EN pin that reduces power consumption to below 20μW. The device is housed in a QFN1520 (UQFN-10(1.5×2)) package that is lead-free and halogen-free, making it ideal for mobile devices and space-constrained applications.
