Overview

The uP7312K is a highly integrated solution for CV/CC mode switching power supply applications. The device incorporates a 1.21V voltage reference, a low voltage reference for current sensing circuitry, and two operational amplifiers. The 1.21V voltage reference combined with one op-amp forms an ideal voltage controller for adapters and battery chargers. The low voltage reference combined with the other op-amp forms an ideal current limiter for output low-side current sensing. The uP7312K provides a lower reference voltage for the current control loop, enabling higher power efficiency in switching power supply applications such as low-power chargers. The uP7312K is available in a SOT26 package.
