Overview

uP7320BK is a highly integrated solution for switching power supply applications in constant voltage/constant current mode. The device incorporates a 2.5V voltage reference and two operational amplifiers. The 2.5V reference combined with one op-amp forms an ideal voltage controller for adapters and battery chargers. A low-voltage reference combined with the other op-amp forms an ideal current limiter for output low-side current sensing. The uP7320BK is available in a SOT23-6L package.
