WL9005S3-33

The WL9005 series are high-precision, low-noise, positive-voltage LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS technology. This series features high ripple rejection and low dropout characteristics, with an internal reference voltage source, error correction circuit, current limiter, phase compensation circuit, and driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable from 0.8V to 5.0V in 0.05V steps. The series is also compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, providing additional output stability. It delivers up to 500mA output current in a compact package. The quiescent current as low as 0.3μA and near-zero shutdown current make it ideal for extending battery life in battery-powered devices. Additional features include current limiting, integrated short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and fast discharge functionality.
