Overview
The WS6206.30 series is a high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout CMOS linear voltage regulator with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. The device features an extremely low quiescent current of 3.0μA (typical), capable of delivering 300mA output current under very small input-to-output voltage differentials while maintaining good regulation. Its ultra-low dropout voltage and quiescent current characteristics make it particularly suitable for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life. The output voltage is set via internal metal fuse technology, selectable from 1.2V to 5.0V in 100mV increments. Available packages include SOT-23, SOT23-3L, and SOT-89.
