Overview
The XC6206P series are high-accuracy, low-power, low-dropout 3-terminal CMOS step-down voltage regulators. They deliver 200mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. Features an ultra-low quiescent current of 1.0μA Typ. Integrated overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Compatible with small, low-ESR ceramic capacitors. Using laser trimming technology, output voltage is selectable from 0.9V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments.
