Overview
The XC6206 series are high-accuracy, low-power-consumption, high-voltage, positive voltage regulators fabricated using CMOS and laser trimming technology. The series is capable of supplying large output current with an extremely low dropout voltage. The series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The foldback current limiting circuit also serves as an output current limiter and protection circuit for the output pin.
