XC6209F332MR-TD

The XC6209F332MR-TD series are high-accuracy, low-noise CMOS LDO regulators. This series offers low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout voltage, and extremely fast startup time, making it ideal for today's cutting-edge mobile phone applications. Internally integrated are a voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiter, and phase compensator. The output voltage of the XC6209F332MR-TD is set via current trimming technology and can be selected from 0.9V to 5.0V in 100mV steps. When the CE input pin is driven low, a fast discharge path is activated, and the built-in pull-down resistor pulls down the output voltage to achieve fast discharge. This series is also fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce cost and improve output stability. Even during frequent load transients, this high level of output stability is maintained thanks to excellent transient response performance and high PSR achieved across a wide frequency range. The CE function allows the regulator output to be shut down, significantly reducing power consumption.
