Overview

The XC6228DXX2VR-G(MS) series is a family of LDO regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. With a quiescent current as low as 2μA, the XC6228DXX2VR-G(MS) is particularly well-suited for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping reduce system standby power consumption while effectively extending standby time and battery life. The XC6228DXX2VR-G(MS) is available in a version with an EN enable pin — pulling the EN pin low activates shutdown mode, in which quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The XC6228DXX2VR-G(MS) series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and throughout the entire output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
