Overview
XTP2021 is an ultra-low quiescent current, low dropout linear regulator supporting a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, with a quiescent current as low as 1μA, making it ideal for battery-powered systems that spend most of their time in standby mode and require extremely low standby power consumption to extend device life. The integrated enable control mode reduces current to only 100nA (typical) when disabled by a low-level enable signal. XTP2021 operates with as little as a 1μF ceramic capacitor. The device integrates short-circuit current limiting and thermal shutdown protection, along with an automatic discharge function that rapidly discharges Vout when disabled. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃.
