Overview
The ZD24C1MA provides 1,048,576 bits of serial EEPROM, organized as 131,072 words of 8 bits. The device offers an additional page known as the Identification Page. The Identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters, which can then be permanently locked in read-only mode. The device is optimized for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where low power consumption and low-voltage operation are critical.
