Overview
ZD25Q32D (32Mbit) serial flash supports standard SPI, as well as Dual/Quad SPI and QPI: serial clock, chip select, serial data I/O0 (SI), I/O1 (SO), I/O2 (WP#), and I/O3 (HOLD#/RESET#). Dual I/O and dual output data transfer rate is 266Mbit/s; quad I/O and quad output data transfer rate is 532Mbit/s. The device is designed for use across a wide range of systems, supporting read, program, and erase operations over a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V. No separate voltage is required for programming and erasing.
