Overview
The 24C02 is a 2048-bit serial EEPROM with an internal organization of 256 words × 8 bits. Fabricated using a proprietary advanced CMOS process, it is designed for low-power, low-voltage applications. The device is available in standard 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin TSSOP, and 5-pin SOT-23/TSOT-23 packages. All read and write operations are performed via a standard two-wire serial interface. The wide VCC operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V makes it suitable for a broad range of applications.
