Overview
AT24C02 is a 2048-bit serial EEPROM organized as 256 words × 8 bits (1 byte per word). Fabricated using a proprietary advanced CMOS process, it is suitable for low-power and low-voltage applications. The device is offered in standard 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOP, 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin TSSOP, and 5-pin SOT-23/TSOT-23 packages. All read and write operations are handled via a standard 2-wire serial interface. The extended Vcc range of 1.8V to 5.5V makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
