Overview
The 6288Q-MNS is a cost-effective gate driver IC featuring a three-phase half-bridge architecture, designed for gate driving of high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. This IC integrates logic signal processing, dead-time control, undervoltage protection, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, specifically optimized for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers.
