Overview
The 662K is a CMOS step-down voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low power consumption, low dropout, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. These devices offer a very low quiescent current (6.0μA Typ.), capable of delivering 250mA output current at minimal input-to-output voltage differentials while maintaining excellent regulation. The combination of low dropout voltage and ultra-low quiescent current makes these devices ideal for battery-powered applications requiring extended battery life, such as computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
