AD8692MM/TR-HG

The AD869x series single, dual, and quad op-amps represent a new generation of precision, low-power op-amps. The series features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (720μA typical), combined with wide bandwidth (9MHz) and ultralow noise (12nV/√Hz at 1kHz), making them ideal for battery-powered applications that demand a good balance of cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners, and white goods. Low input bias current enables these amplifiers to be used in applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the AD869x amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 500pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5kV HBM). The AD869x amplifiers are optimized for operation from as low as +2.0V (±1.0V) to as high as +5.5V (±2.75V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The AD8691 (single) is available in SOT23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The AD8692 (dual) is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The quad AD8694 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
