Overview
AiP6137/AiP6138 is a single-channel H-bridge motor driver IC featuring one H-bridge driver capable of driving a DC motor or other devices such as solenoids. The chip integrates the necessary driver FETs and their control circuitry, significantly reducing the component count in motor drive systems. Key features include: single-channel H-bridge motor driver; low on-resistance of 330mΩ (high-side plus low-side); maximum drive current of 1.8A; separate motor and power supply pins; motor supply voltage VM range of 0 ~ 11V; logic supply voltage VCC range of 1.8 ~ 5.5V; supports PWM interface or PH/EN interface; low-power sleep mode with maximum sleep current of 225nA; protection features including VCC UVLO, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown; available in DFN8 or SOP8 packages.
