Overview
This driver circuit can replace push-pull circuits built from discrete components to directly drive IGBTs. Optional features include: MCU-controlled IGBT input voltage limiting for reduced losses; MCU-controlled optional single-channel Darlington driver; and selectable input/output polarity inversion.
