Overview

AiPTB010X is a multi-bit dual-supply level-shifting transceiver with automatic direction sensing, enabling bidirectional voltage level translation. The device features two 8-bit I/O ports, one output enable input pin, and two supply voltage pins. VCC(A) supports any voltage in the range of 1.2V ~ 3.6V, and VCC(B) supports any voltage in the range of 1.65V ~ 5.5V. This flexibility allows the device to accommodate level translation between common voltage rails including 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. The electrical characteristics of pins An and OE are referenced to VCC(A), while port B is referenced to VCC(B). When the OE pin is driven low, the outputs switch to a high-impedance off state. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications; the IOFF circuitry disables the outputs and prevents damaging backflow current when the device is powered down, protecting it from damage.
