Overview
AMS1117 is a positive-voltage low-dropout three-terminal linear voltage regulator with a 1.2V dropout voltage at 800mA output current. Available in two versions: fixed voltage output and adjustable voltage output. Fixed output voltage options are 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. The adjustable version offers 1% voltage accuracy, while the fixed 1.2V output version offers 2% output voltage accuracy. Integrated over-temperature protection and current limiting circuits make it suitable for a wide range of electronic products.
