Overview
The AP1511 series is a driver IC specifically designed for IR-Cut Removable (ICR) applications, used to switch infrared cut filters. The AP1511 series features a low saturation voltage bidirectional H-bridge driver circuit with built-in protection diodes to suppress the feedback current generated by the ICR, as well as protection against ESD damage. The bidirectional H-bridge driver circuit in the AP1511 series has a relatively low internal resistance; the current required by the ICR module is determined by its coil impedance. Taking a 5V supply voltage as an example, when the load draws 200mA, the H-bridge driver circuit of the AP1511 series produces a voltage drop of 0.85V. The AP1511 series uses single-wire control and provides a One-Shot operation function.
