Overview
AP1511B-MS is an integrated motor driver solution for security electronics, smart hardware, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device is capable of driving one brushed DC motor, featuring an internal charge pump to generate the required gate drive voltage and an H-bridge driver composed of four power NMOS transistors, with integrated forward/reverse motor control functionality. The AP1511B-MS supports a maximum operating voltage of 7.5V, continuous current of 1.2A, and peak current of 2.5A. It also integrates protection features including over-temperature protection and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The AP1511B-MS provides a PWM (FBC) input interface, compatible with industry-standard devices.
