Overview

The AP2125K-X.XTRG1(MS) series is a family of low dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. The AP2125K-X.XTRG1(MS) offers an ultra-low quiescent current of 2uA, making it particularly well-suited for battery-powered devices and long-term standby applications. It helps reduce system standby power consumption, effectively extending standby time and battery life. The AP2125K-X.XTRG1(MS) is available in a version with an EN enable pin. Pulling the EN pin low enters shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The AP2125K-X.XTRG1(MS) series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and the entire output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
