Overview
AP331AWG-7-MS is a voltage comparator for ICs. It features lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage tolerance, lower supply current, shorter propagation delay, wider operating temperature range, and improved ESD performance. The device supports both single-supply and dual-supply operation. For dual-supply operation, the supply voltage range is ±1.5V to ±16V, with the supply voltage at least 1.5V above the input common-mode voltage. The output is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, and the leakage current is independent of the supply voltage. The output can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement a "wired-AND" function. The AP331AWG-7-MS comes in a green SOT23-5 package with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C.
