LM393

The LM393 is an IC comprising two independent, high-precision voltage comparators with low input offset voltage of 2.0mV maximum. Designed for wide voltage range and single-supply operation, it also supports dual-supply configurations while maintaining low supply current regardless of supply voltage. In single-supply mode, the common-mode input voltage range extends close to ground. The LM393 is directly compatible with TTL and CMOS, and is compatible with MOS logic when operating from a dual supply. Available in SOP-8 package, this high-performance dual voltage comparator features a wide supply voltage range, meeting diverse circuit application requirements without sacrificing board space.
