This device is a voltage comparator for ICs, featuring low offset voltage, high supply voltage capability, low supply current, low propagation delay, wide temperature range, and high ESD performance. The chip supports both single-supply and dual-supply operation; for dual-supply configurations, the supply voltage range is ±1.5V to ±16V, with the supply voltage at least 1.5V above the input common-mode voltage. The output is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, and the drain current is independent of the supply voltage. Outputs can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement a "wired-AND" function. The device comes in a green SOT23-5 package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +85°C.
