AP7375-33FDCW-7

The AP7375 series is a wide input voltage range (45V), low quiescent current (2.1μA) LDO regulator capable of delivering 300mA load current. The AP7375 series LDO features an EN pin that accepts up to 45V input voltage for enabling and disabling the LDO output. The device provides fast response to line voltage transients and load current transients, and ensures no overshoot voltage during startup and short-circuit recovery. It also integrates short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection. The AP7375 is available in fixed output voltage versions of 1.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, and 5.0V, with SOT23, SOT25, SOT89, and U-DFN2020-6 (SWP) (type UXC) package options.
