24C02/04/08/16/32/64 are EEPROMs organized as 256/512/1024/2048/4096/8192x8-bit respectively, with a two-wire serial interface. Operating voltage can be as low as 1.8V, with standby current and active current of 1uA and 1mA respectively. 24C02/04/08/16/32/64 support page write capability, with page sizes of 8/16/16/16/32/32 bytes respectively. 24C02/04/08/16/32/64 are available in 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOP, and 5-pin SOT23-5 packages.
