The AT24C64 is a serial EEPROM. It provides 8,192 bytes of storage, organized as 256 pages of 32 bytes each. Random word addressing requires a 13-bit data word address. It features low-power CMOS technology and a self-timed programming cycle. The AT24C64 is available in SOP-8 and DIP-8 packages.
