Overview
The AT8313 provides three independently controllable half H-bridge drivers. Each half H-bridge can deliver a peak output current of 2.5A or an RMS current of 1.75A, capable of driving a three-phase BLDC motor or other inductive loads such as solenoids. Each half H-bridge output stage consists of two N-type power MOSFETs, with a ground terminal that supports an external current-sense resistor for output current measurement. The AT8313 integrates a general-purpose comparator for output current limiting. Internal protection features include overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, UVLO, and over-temperature protection, with a dedicated fault detection output pin. The AT8313 is available in two SMD packages, both with an exposed thermal pad for enhanced thermal dissipation: QFN36 (6mm×6mm) and ETSSOP28 (9.7mm×4.4mm). Both packages are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
