Overview
AT8837 provides an integrated motor driver solution for cameras, smart door locks, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered applications. The AT8837 can drive one DC brushed motor or inductive load such as a solenoid, delivering up to 1A of drive current. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 2.7 - 12V and incorporates comprehensive protection features including overcurrent, short circuit, over-temperature, and undervoltage lockout. The AT8837 features a PWM (IN1/IN2) input interface. The AT8837 is offered in a DFN-8 (2mm * 2mm) package with an exposed pad, is lead-free, and complies with environmental requirements.
